| The sphere was the first
shape of all my ornaments. While the sculpting in the flame is
not as intricate as the ones that followed, the large surface
offers more opportunities for design. Here we see the pastoral
scene of Dragonflies hover over a field of flowers. Luckily, the
iguanas lurking there are well fed and only look on sleepily. Oven
annealed to remove stress, sandblasted, a ribbon for hanging,
signed and dated before it is boxed. 4” H by 3” around. |
