Continuing in the "Snappy Dresser Series," is this one-of-a-kind sculptural bottle.  The figure wears a metallic blue dress & belt, and is caught in the act of putting on a dragonfly cape.  The dragonflies of the cape have either dichroic glass wings or bodies.  It is the dichroic glass that gives the sparkle in "Sparkle Plenty."
